Hello friends,

first day of work this year is over and it was a good day.
Customers were quiet today, only few gave me a call and all of them were very friendly.

I picked up one of my favourite poems, hope it will keep you warm .
Here it's very cold and frosty but hey, I'm inside, snuggling up with my kitties and I do what I like the most:
strolling through a pile of sketchbooks, reading poems I collected over the years.

Have a wonderful day, evening and night!

Stopping by woods on a snowy winter evening by Robert Frost

Whose woods these are I think I know.
His house is in the village though;
He will not see me stopping here
To watch his woods fill up with snow.

My little horse must think it queer
To stop without a farmhouse near
Between the woods and frozen lake
The darkest evening of the year.

He gives his harness bells a shake
To ask if there is some mistake.
The only other sound’s the sweep
Of easy wind and downy flake.

The woods are lovely, dark and deep.
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.

and of course I won't miss share a song I could listen all day long to:

Take care, my dears!

it's a gorgeous poem.....look how 'effortless' it is. That is the best art: the kind that looks, to the observer, as if it was just blown in by an errant wind......

How lovely. I love Robert Frost and Ed Shareen. I see Peter Jackson was there for the recording session. I got a glimpse of his daughter Katie, too.

Beautiful poem, beautiful song. Thank you!

I'm glad you like it both, my dear.
Sometimes we don't need just more, few words, a little song and the world is in oder.
Have a fantastic day, my friend.

Thanks to you, my dear. All snow has gone now, it's raining cats and dogs since yesterday morning and today it's very very stormy outside... but so cozy inside :-)
Have a nice weekend!
